Project Overview
In a fast-paced sales environment, speed-to-lead is critical. Manually monitoring an inbox, identifying high-intent leads, and scheduling calls is a time-consuming bottleneck that results in missed opportunities. This AI Sales Agent project was built to completely automate this process from end to end.
The system constantly monitors an inbox for new leads. Using AI, it analyzes the email's content to detect "booking intent." If a potential customer is flagged, the workflow automatically sends a polite follow-up to request a phone number. Once the number is received, the system uses an ElevenLabs-powered AI voice agent to place a natural, conversational call to the customer, confirm their interest, and schedule a meeting directly. The workflow is completed by automatically creating a Google Calendar invite and notifying the human sales team on Slack, turning a cold lead into a confirmed booking without any manual intervention.
